welcome aboard, have you given any thought to the suspension yet? the engine comes down to a matter of personal preference, I perfer to keep it cheap with the L28ET, your lucky to live in an area where rust isn't a real problem, one of these days I'll find a decen chassis to swap my goodies into

well, if you do SBC it's a pretty easy fit, if you go SBF you'll have to make an engine cradle, and the Dodge motors require an extra U-joint int he steering column, the SR's and CA's I don't know much about, but you can get the same power from the L6 and not have to fab engine mounts, driveshaft, and everything else

looks like you got a solid chassis, first time I've seen zolatone used for interior (normally found in the trunks of old american cars) is there an access panel to fill the fuel cell? I assume is under the plate covering what used to be the spare tire well?
