hmmmm this question seems familiar. a search will prolly bring up exactly what you need. it's that big red shiny button up in the corner.

Well you basically said it. DEBT. I'm in school right now as a full time student. I also work pretty much full time. I just have no money. Plus I can't focus on school with having to work all the time. So I'm going to get ride of some of the debt. Which happen's to be my Spec-v, I pay 387.24 a month and it's a b*t*ch! I'm not happy selling my spec, but I want something that I can have payed off by the end of summer pretty much. Also I've had many PROBLEMS with my spec. Oil burning, not starting right as you crank it over, it would shut off on me, has grinded going into 3rd since I got it, Paint Chipping(b/c nissan went back to the one layer paint system in 02, which they haven't done in about 20yrs.) Bending rims. Oh and by the way I'm on my second motor with only 29,000 miles on the car total and the engine was replaced at 24,500 miles and it's still burning oil and not starting right. So the car is also a Problem too.

I usually only beat on my car on the weekends if needed, but most of the local rice around where I live knows not to F with me. I've only lost to one car and that was only by half a car lenght and it had stage 1 turbo(cough civic, cough).

It's my baby and I take care of it pretty well. See what happened with the first motor, was that mine was built earlier in the model year and Nissan used some other company for the piston rings. So they took longer to seat than the Nissan rings that where put in about half way through the model year. Then my oil burning went away and then it came back again. Well here the Pre-cat was letting stuff back up into the engine and scoring the cylinder walls causing massive blue smoke to come out the exhaust. Well then on top of that the motor wouldn't stay idling at red lights, plus my temp gauge was spiking on me. So they decided to give me a new short block(which is everything excluding the head basically). So now I'm on my second motor and I still have problems, it's at the dealership right now and tomorrow also. I also have an annoying heat shield rattle when starting my car.

I think the car has plenty of potential, but Nissan needs to fig. out the QR25DE first a lil bit unless they took car of it in 03.

Whoa, that's terrible what happened to the Nissan quality that we have come to love? Perhaps there's lots of bugs in the new QR25DE.

No, that's the new Sentra. There's the base, perhaps a model or 2 in between, then the SE-R, then the Spec V. It's a nice car.
