Buying a 240sx

Ok so i found a 240sx for $400 with lost title.The guy said the cam sprocket broke and he had the heads redone and new cams in it its a ka24de,He said when the car runs you gotta keep giving it gas to keep it running or it will die,he also stated that he last drove the car 3months ago.Could this be a simple fix and is it worth the money THIS WILL BE MY DD CAR i dont want a car that im gonna have to put money into cause ive already went through 40k on my 300zx,I need something to drive while i finish up the z,is this a good deal.

No title,doesn't run?,daily driver?I think i would just spend a little more money and get something better.
