buying a 240 SX- input please

it's a 1991 240 SX fastback, white, 5 speed, it does not have limited slip but that can be changed, 140,000 miles but it has a rebuilt engine at 98,000 miles, it's clean- white exterior,leather interior--------$2,300! should I jump on it or keep looking around?
