buying a "2005 pathfinder le" any advice?
hi folks looking to buy a 05 pathfinder of the "le" persuasion . do you folks have any advice ,things to look for, etc. also what would be a decent price for a le without sunroof with about 70k on it? also about the sunroof i thought it was standard on le models? i was also wondering if there is a RCA input on the radio somewhere?i will probably have a couple more questions but this is a good start i think.

Hey, just want to ask you if you have heard of the problems with the '05 's and the IPDM? I own 2 of them and have replaced the IPDM on both. Did a lot of reading last year when mine quit running. Would not even show codes to identify problem. After much reading on various forums, replaced the IPDM. Now a year later, I am back in the same boat with my car sitting in shop with rough running issues. I can't believe that this has happened to me again! Thought that once I made the repair I would be good to go. My daughter's had not completely quit, but just failed to start on several occasions. I replaced hers when she left for college so would not be left on roadside. Now 2 months later, hers is failing to start again. Just be safe and try to do a little research. Maybe I just have the worst luck ever! There was a lot of posts last year on these problems. Look back to the fall and see if you can find them. I am about to try and get back and recheck which sites I was on. I did find my post on Edmunds.com, but never had a reply from there. Lots of dialog on other sites, when I get home I will find for sure which sites I was on. I think this NICO was one of them. There were posts from owners of the Titan pickups also. Good luck.

the r50 chassis was the best year of the pathfinder imo. r51;s look too americanized for me , they look like the other general domestic crap suv;s, and they are made in the usa, obviously now there is more issues with them than the r50s. And recently they also ruined the honda pilot and made it look like a honda element box. go figure.
