buying a 07 sentra se-r spec v with cat delete?

I'm about to buy a 07 sentra Ser spec v 7ok miles, it has the ses light on, and he told me on advanced it was due to him removing the cats and replacing with a straight pipe. The first cats. The one under the headers. Is this a problem?


Background info: it has the typhoon kn intake system, and the clutch is about 30% stiffer than a 2011 spec v with 30k miles I tested. It also felt slightly less "peppy" than the 2011. It has new shocks, and is giving me a good deal I believe. I'm just worried about the cat delete.
