Buying 240sx

Hi,

I was looking into buying a 240sx as a first car and was wondering if this was a good idea. I was thinking of a 1990, and wondered if anyone had any advice on this.

by the way my first car is a 1990 240 hb...i love it and i think that if thats what you want than more power to you...its a great car...where do you live maybe someone on the board can help you find one?

i feel that same way about my baby (Silvia)...even if i was a millionare (sp?) id still keep her...it would just mean that i have a million dollars to put into her

Hey! Nissans are Great Cars!Just wondering what made you want a 1990? Heh, you have now joined the ranks of 240 non-owners looking for one. Good luck, shouldn't be that hard anyway, but it seems some of us have really bad luck. (Sweet, 9 months, 3 days left)

If I had to do it again, I'd probably buy a later year though, with the DOHC engine.

the 91 model has the upgraded KA24DE engine. if i could do it again, i would also take a 91 over a 90. i have a 90 and its great, but nothing wrong with 15 extra horses.
