WARNING

Buyer beware when ordering from Wheels Next.com unprofrssional business practices. My issue still pending with them...

I ordered and they never sent email confirmation, I called and pursued the order and still never recieved emails from them. They said they had to order the wheels, still no email updates, I called to get confirmation of shipping nothing, I email everyone on the website. They never sent tracking #s. After a week, I finally recieved an email from someone with tracking #s. The website claims 2-4 days delivery it took 2 1/2 weeks to get my wheels and when I did recieve the wheels they were all damaged. The boxes were all trashed and 3 of the wheels were all scratched and chipped.

I sent them pics and asked them to refund part of the purchase because of the damage and bad business practices. They offered to replace the wheels but i told them after all the BS they pulled already I wasn't about to go thru it all again. that if they were sincerely concerned with my issues that the only solution was a partail refund. I have yet to hear from them.

Buyer Beware they claim to have excellent customer service.

Thanks for the heads up!

Hope everything works out for you. Keep us posted on your issue. It will help any future buyers to steer clear from them if they are indeed jerking you that bad.

Sorry to hear about that. Open up a dispute with your credit card company since you have pics for proof.

If you put them on an amex call customer service and tell them what the dealer did to you. They will smoke the dealer pull funds and credit back the money. you just might have to send them the rims as proof but they will credit you back up to like 3 grand

They will credit you back the entire amount, today.

They will ask that you ship them COD, if the seller declines, you get the product free... Someone on ebay tried hustling me for a exhaust and rim setup a few years back... i think it was 1999... anyways, it was $1350 that they charged me... all back on my amex, the day after it arrived
