I hate to put a biz down in this economy, But i must warn all my sliding and 240 breathrin here on the forums to be wary...I've had a few bad buying issues in the past with many venders , but this one takes the "golden duchbag" award for absolute disreguard of there customers...let me tell an othello on this to enlighten all!

Nov2nd, Orderd "Supertech Pistons" . My fave piston to build with "comes standard with a free coating"....lucky me, or so i thought ..i found them on sale at "Nolimitmotorsports" for $389. , and thats with rings..normally sold seperatly...about a week later i get an email stating they no longer make the CP Ratio i wanted, they asked me to choose another ratio..so i did...another week goes by and no "shipping confermation " in my email...i decided to give it a few more days...after 18 days and no pistons..i gave the folks there a call...i was told they will be made from the factory this week and directly shipped to my door...factory is in CA. and im 3 hours away in vegas..i was like cool..1 or 2 days shipping max...so now its day 25...still no pistons!...i send the duchbags an email..politely asking where might my order be?...no responce!...2 days later i resent same emal...same result...no responce!...its now day 30..still no pistons!...i give the guys another call on my lunchbreak, they leave me on hold for my intire lunch break...so i sent another email..still as politely as i can be at this point...no responce...after a few days of being put on hold...i decided to try the email again...no luck...i was just about to send in an paypal grievence, when i noticed $380 bucks in my paypal account pop'd in there on the 2nd of this month from them....thats 30days from the time i orderd..to the time they refunded my money without even letting me know whats going on....the real sucky part is that our team "Loss of Traction Drift Team" was having an engine building get-to-gether this xmas holiday...now thats a no go! unless we can get the pistons intime for the machine shop to do the work we need "Alot of work"...this really blew my mind, as i think that in this economy...every customer would be valued..and every bit of cash needed...welp..thats my rant...it's buyer beware with these folks...

this might be a candidate for the nico deadbeat post!

It's a real shame http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/ or their company name No Limit Motorsport is such a bad place to buy parts from.

I don't think I'd ever buy from No Limit Motorsport after hearing what you said. No Limit Motorsport really dropped the ball here and this is a great warning to anyone looking to buy from No Limit Motorsport.

Oh yeah, in case anyone was wondering, the address to No Limit Motorsport is

No Limit Motorsport
1139 Station Rd Unit # 1 & 8
Medford, NY 11763

OP, change the title to not include the "s" at the end! :D

Or as long as 30 days + any merchant processing delays, as per their User Agreement.

you forgot i talked with them over the phone with them stating the pistons were being sent via supertech in a week..that was 18 days after i orderd or so..so the 30 day refund dont fly man..they screwed us..plain and simple.

You got your money back? :poke:
Yeah after 30 days of waiting and no warning what so ever. He got is money back but that is still really piss poor customer service. In that time im sure somebody from the company knew he wasnt getting his parts, and should have notified him so he could make other plans. If you go to Wendys and order chicken nuggets, then wait for three hours and they give you your money back. You got your money back but still hungry and tired from waiting. Your gonna be pissed.

i hate to say this, but as bad as you say that their customer service is, No Limit is a DISTRIBUTOR first and foremost, NOT a retail store, they mostly deal in bulk and again i hate to say this but your one order probably wasnt at the top of their priority list during a time when most of their orders are probably in the much higher dollar range, especially near christmas. I know from dealing with them (when i was helping out with a retail business) that they would MUCH rather deal with a large order even if that meant drop shipping from manufacturers, not to downplay your situation because it sucks but i would say its kind of expected considering this time of year

dont know where you might live..but where i do..the economy is piss poor to say the least...so what you just stated...that my order of $400 bucks is just to minute to warrent the slightest care from a person selling an item over the internet?..so $400. of my money is to little for them? .....EVERY biz i know whould love to get hold of $400. bucks of someone play money in this economy..your statement trying to defend them is futile sir...there duchbags..plain and simple.

i agree with what ashibah83 said... kind of

a distributor does deal and focus their sales towards large orders, but big or small, a customer is a customer. this situation presents very poor customer service, and if i was in liquid_cool's shoes, i would be extremely p*ssed also..

they may be a distributor...BUT..they have an (Online Storefront)..that makes them a retail outlet for the general public..if they were just a distributor..then they would ONLY sell to other retailers...the post above states ..he had no issues after recieving his item in 3 WEEKS!...nothing takes 3 weeks to ship man...but if you like em..by all means..feel free to order from them till you get burned too!....BTW..found the pistons i wanted for $1.15 more than there price...be at my pad in 3 days..not 3 weeks.

What we have here is a failure to communicate.......

They did the right thing in refunding your money when they realized they could not get the part, even prior to you requesting it. What they did badly was keeping their customer updated as to the order status and issues. Poor customer service but at least they are not trying to rip people off.
