Almost TWO WEEKS ago I made an online order from these guys. carpartswholesale.com My differential cover on my truck rusted through and I was looking for a replacement. It's tough finding a replacement that isn't all chrome and after-markety so I found a simple one here.

I started wondering when this thing would show up so I dug out my reciept that I printed off and tried to track down my order. I couldn't get anywhere on thier website and I couldn't log into the account I created.

I called thier customer service line that is open 27/7 as stated on the site, just don't call between 11pm and 5am pacific time.

I called back and talked to someone in sales. She couldn't find any record of my order number, name, account info, nada. I check my bank account and fortunately I wasn't charged. Avoid the headache, skip these guys over.

I stick to Nico's sponsors for Nissan stuff, but even rock auto didn't have this cover. I remember when I was looking around a few different sites linked back to this car parts wholesale, anyone else deal with them?

2002 dodge ram 1500 4x4. I found one at jegs: http://www.jegs.com/i/Spectre/865/6089/10002/-1 I'll have to skip it off the drivway a few times and rough up the chrome I guess. I think it's the "corporate" 12-bolt or 9-1/4 rear end.

HA! My wifes birthday is tomorrow and I ordered her something form amazon. Yeterday she tells me two boxes showed up. Two? Lo and behold, the diff cover I ordered almost a month ago showed up.

That was a pretty full circle from "you don't exist" to "here's you stuff.... a month later." I still won't order from them again and I can't figure out if I got charged for the item either.

Thanks for the help though 300ZXttZMAN

What that means is they used a sister company that used discount freight shipping service through the USPS. That stuff regularly takes a month or more to ship anything, no mater how close you are.

It actually came FedEx. I'm pretty sure I was re-directed to the same or similar site when I was shopping for this thing. But reguardless, I called the phone number on the bottom of my receipt and I got the I-Don't-know-who-you-are runaround.

Did you actually see the truck? Because something i ordered came via "FedEx" when it was actually super saver shipping, which is what i described earlier.

I guess both boxes were just out there, not necessarily both from fedex. Interesting, I don't think I've heard of this shipping. Is it a specific company or does it just change hands 34564 times before it gets there?
