Buy or not to buy?

Got a guy on craigslist selling the below motor. I only need the heads as my project car was full of water. Said he bought it at an auction and he thinks the heads were rebuilt and new water/oil pumps. Not really worried about the pumps, just the heads. He wants $325... thoughts?

For your TT or NA? Check for the number on the heads, you want 40P heads for a TT.

Well it took the guy a bit, but they are 40p so I'm going to pick it up Monday. Worst case is I get the heads, best case I get some machine work and maybe forged pistons. Also noticed in the top pic that there is a timing belt on it? Hmmm. Well, like I said the heads are what I need, we shall see if I'm lucky beyond that

Score on the heads... and from underneath, the pistons look brand new as well. We will see tomorrow when I remove the heads to inspect.
