Busted Sunroof - part #?

Well after a couple of times of my sunroof getting stuck when closing and me helping by giving it a little push...the sunroof finally broke. I think its due to a lack of lubricant on the rails plus aging plastic that is exposed to the elements. Its the rails that retract the wind deflector for the sunroof. Anyways, here are some drivers side pics of what broke. The same thing broke on the other side. Anyone have any ideas as to what the part number are for these parts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!

I'd call Joe... he's really good about emailing the parts diagram and you can point out what you need by number.
