I have the energy suspension differential bushings and I am wondering if they need to be pressed in or is this something that I can do myself. I have seen different write ups...one said they needed to be pressed, and one said they didnt.

they don't have to be pressed in.

They're actually easy to put in if you think you're savvy enough... lift you're rear end up by the diff, and you'll probably even see the gap it leaves between the 2 bolt washers and the actual diff (due to worn washers).

Bolt and washer method should work.
