energy suspension sells the subframe bushings, but you have to remove your whole subframe and get them pressed in. Or you can do like i did and get the collar bushing inserts, they can be installed without removing the subframe. They just slide right in. also they stiffin your rearend for less wheel hop. better for off the line.

Look at the bushings you can tell if they are going bad. If they get real bad, you'll get a lot of play from your subframe when you stop. it will make a loud clunking noise. it will sound like something loose.

you have 4 bolts that hold your subframe on. do one side at a time. lets say driver side first. put a jack somewheres on the subframe (so you can move the frame up and down) then take the 2 bolts off that side. lower the jack just enough to slide the collars in (there is one collar for the top of the frame and one for the bottom) then jack the frame back up, put the other coller on (its going to be the one without the slit in it) and reinstall the bolts. repeat for other side. you dont have to take anything off your car, the collars just smash the old bushing that are already in place even if they are as bad as mine was.
