you have 4 bolts that hold your subframe on. do one side at a time. lets say driver side first. put a jack somewheres on the subframe (so you can move the frame up and down) then take the 2 bolts off that side. lower the jack just enough to slide the collars in (there is one collar for the top of the frame and one for the bottom) then jack the frame back up, put the other coller on (its going to be the one without the slit in it) and reinstall the bolts. repeat for other side. you dont have to take anything off your car, the collars just smash the old bushing that are already in place even if they are as bad as mine was.
