Had someone check my 2005 nissan fuga for a lil rattle on the passenger wheel. Its onlt audible frm inside of the car not on the outside
Saw that my upper control arm bushings are a bit worn.
wondering now does it make sense to jus replace the bushing whether it be rubber or polyurethane or jus change the entire bushing one time?

On some Nissans the control arm has to be changed with the bushings. However, its been found that you can change them out independently if needed.

As for your sound, I wouldn't expect a worn control arm bushing to rattle unless it was really, really worn. Like down to the metal worn. You might want to start looking elsewhere.

If it were me, I'd get a somewhat mechanically inclined friend to pull on the suspension parts while I was in the car listening for the same noise. Things like the end links, sway bars, steering column, etc.

Its not a rattle per say
it only occurs when the surface is rough

I would check your upper strut mounts.
