I have a s14 with around 93000 miles on it. MY car always has problems in bushings, especially the rear ones. In winter, when my car lurks backward (like when I go from zero) or go over bump, it would make some nasty noises in the back. I took my car to a shop and that said my bushings are really worn out. I found pdm racing has deal for bushing sets but I have no ideas how to install them. I heard that it's pain in the azz to remove the old ones.. do you think I should do it myself or take it to a shop? I am from CA and if you know any shops that will do it for cheap, let me know! thanks.

Get solid subframe bushings for the rear,http://www.specialtyz.com/subspacers.htm

Courtesy Nissan offers the Energy suspension kit for $125 (every thing else)http://www.courtesyparts.com/e....html

Installing the rear ones are pretty easy, everything else is a pain in the ***.

Just the front, for a complete set. Probably about 2 hours worth or work, ask around locally for mechanic's rates.
