bushing set

hey i just got a new poly bushing set from energy suspension......does anyone have any pictures or diagrams of what exactly needs to be done? this def is harder than it looks......and not actually pressing the bushing but what it takes to get to the parts and where it goes? if anyone could help me out on this id be soooooooo grateful...........any type of experience is better than mine.......
