Bushing Repair?

Im buying a 1993 nissan 240sx with 123,000 miles, but the front right wheel is pushed in and the cause according to the guy is a bad bushing. Is this true?

Sounds more like a bent control arm or something, i doubt the cause would be a bad bushing. You should jack up the front look for something bent or just plain weird. Good luck.
