burping coolant procedures

Changed coolant. Lossened 10mm bolt on head to burp system. When idling, temp goes up. At speed, no problem. Not loosing coolant. Any susgestions?

I know on my 240SX, you need to jack the front end up so that the radiator cap is the highest point in the system, otherwise you can get air pockets pretty badly.
