where can I get replacement valves, are ca18de valves compatible with the ca18det valves, and are they the same as the ca16de valves? thanks for your help, oh and are the head gaskets compatible?

oh thank god, I think I read the head gaskets are compatible too

the headgasket is the compatible and the valves from ca18de are also compatible, but the ca16de valves are smaller, so use only ca18de valves. ca18de valves got the same part number as the ca18det as well as the headgasket and bunch of other stuff.

just about whole motor is the same. Yet another reason this motor is better than the SR...

Yes you can use an oil pan of a ca18de but you have to tap into it for the turbo oil return line.

gotta use a RWD oil pan (either DE or DET) because the FWD looks ALOT different. It might fit, but it doesn't look like it to me.
