BURNING RICH NEED HELP

well i bought a car from a motorshop with less then 60k miles on the motor sr20det red top but i here lil click sounds from my motor i know its not a knocking sound for sure it sounds like coming from my fuel injectors anyways recently i put on a downpipe and blitz nur spec r exhuast on BAD CHOICE loud as ****. But starting to burn rich i can smell gas. how could i fix that without getting a new ecu with cost way to much. would a safc controller fix that problem and new fuel injectors?
