I bought this car from a guy who had it sitting for two years. He said it needed a fuel pump. Turns out fresh gas and a hot battery it cranked. Wouldn't run about two thousand rpms so new mass air flow sensor and ran really good for about three days..... then noticed a drop in oil pressure. Ran about 15lbs at all times until 3 thousand rpm. Went twenty miles and stopped for gas and something told me to check my oil. Checked it had about a quart left so thinking I had a leak put four quarts back in. Drove home and noticed down my driveway if I went past 3 thousand HUGE clouds of white smoke out the back. Valve guide seals or what. Dash reads 144,678. Non turbo 3.0

Was that the first time you checked the oil?
No big leaks?
It would take a LONG time for 3 quarts of oil to get past valve seals.
What do the plugs look like?
Do a compression test.

I just checked the oil and it read about 4 quarts and I have no idea how to even pull the plugs or do a compression.

Standard idle reading for warm oil pressure is around 14 psi and minimum idle pressure I want to say is only like 7 psi, it's in the FSM. Also 30 year old senders and gauges aren't always super accurate.

Took motor apart and it was an oil ring worn out on number five. So went three hours away for a turbo motor. What would I need for the swap? Boost control sensor? I have the motor complete with intake and accessories and the ecu. HELP!

If you don't want to run a turbo on the turbo motor you won't need anything else. If you want to do a turbo swap you'll need:
Front crossmember
drivers side exhaust manifold
oil pan
injectors
ecu
oil "T"
oil line
turbo
flywheel
clutch
drivers side motor mount bracket
depending on year of your car you might need the alternator with bracket and sub harness
