there is quite a bit of white smoke coming out of the exhaust which leads me to believe there is a blown head gasket, but there is no milky oil and i dont think there is a power loss, but at the same time my coolant is low, my oil is also low. is there a situation where both would be low and be burning something?

Depending on where the headgasket starts to leak from first you might not see milky oil...

Since head-gaskets fail over time you can't really notice the compression difference either (you don't notice it's faster.)

If you really, really want to know it's your head gasket before you go about replacing it then you can do a compression check, but all the symptoms you list point to a bad head gasket and not anything else.

do a compression test, idk what compression tester has 2 bottles attached to it, just pull the plugs n do the test, no 2 bottles r needed lol. keep a eye on both coolant having oil in it or gettin low and check your oil often see if its milky or running low
