ECU Pin 45 ( Ignition ) got trashed because I forgot to heat shrink something along with the ignition fuse. I found the break on the board and jumped it with a wire. Car started again but wouldn't turn off. Tested the diode on the same circuit that broke and it was bad. I can replace the diode but I have no idea what kind it is. I did some research on how to identify diodes and I came up with a 1N90 +/-10 ??? I don't think that's right.

Any help would be appreciated greatly. I also found that multiple people have found themselves in the same boat but just canned their ECU.

It's the one the red wire leads to. With the blue dots.

I found an old KA ecu that I had laying around in my basement. There was a diode in that ecu that looked extrememly similar to the one on the RB ecu so I tried it. Worked perfect ! I'd still like to find a suitable " after market " replacement though. This seems to be a problem other people have experience. It's usually caused by people crossing battery terminals. Another member suggested a 1n4004 but that's just an estimate. if anyone runs into this problem try it out and report back haha. Or if anyone can tell me how to test the now working diode and come up with with the 1Nxxxx coding for it I'll post up my findings.
