With those injectors, you have to use a top feed fuel rail, do you have one? This would certainly explain your issues with getting them to "slide in". Also, when you switch to a top feed rail, you can get one made for an aftermarket fpr (expensive usually, the fuel lines are a *****) or made for a stock fpr. Your stock fuel lines are ok, and should be pretty easy to make work if you use a fuel rail made for a stock fpr. Also, your stock rods should be ok for whatever you can manage with a T3/T04e, however...keep the revs at close to factory limits, thats what really seems to kill KA rods.

yep keep the revs low, your ignition should be more than adequate, JWT tunes for stock fuel pressure so the factory one with a top feed rail either custom or JGYcustoms.com style (top feed but uses factory fpr) would work, or you could always just get a 1:1 aftermarket. I myself with with a mustang rail which more or less fits and was 9 bucks, plus it allowed me to get a 30 dollar accel bolt on FPR for tuning, but it sounds like you have the money and the drive to "do stuff right" so I say go for the JGY.The stock fuel lines should be ok, they are of a decent size. You might want to replace the rubber lines on either end though, thats just a good general practice since they get brittle and tend to crack or split. replacing them with stainless eliminates the weak spot but is also a pain in the ***. upgrade your fuel filter for sure though, the factory one is small and a 300zx twin turbo unit will handle the additional flow and is commonly available. If you switch to braided lines just order a thread on unit from summit.while you have the engine apart you might want to remove the butterflies, they can be a restriction on high boost engines and its just one less vaccuum line to run.. of course if you have a later s14 its my understanding they do not have the butterflies so that wouldn't be necessary.with the kind of engine you are building up you might want to get some head studs too, and I'd guess you already have arp rod bolts for build up like that, but if not I would suggest looking into them.I'm still finishing up my motor, its waiting on hot tanking, honing, new rings/oil pump/bearings, new rod bolts, factory head bolts, and valvesprings....it'd be done but I'm taking a couple weeks for a vacation in florida to eat up all my money and time.lol 4 years in school and I'm finally done, I deserve a break.good luck with your project, what manifold are you using?
