Does anyone know what the bumper trim ( the bronze / beige) color code is for my Ivory Quartz paint. I would like to respary the front bumper trim and was wondering if anyone has done this before and can tell me what paint you've used and the results.

I was wondering that myself. I'm just going to spray the trim the same color as the car. Mine is the sand color.

I tried to find the official paint code from Infiniti. Unfortunately Joe and my local parts guys didn't have that information. I'm not sure why... I found a very good match by taking the front tag holder off and matching it with cans at Advance Auto. The color is different on mine, or I'd go out and get it's name and part number.

Good luck!

Yes, I did. Insurance paid for it. Total was $1200 Canadian. What a rip off! The paint is great, but the trim piece is only acceptable, by my high standards. The Infiniti dealer did the work. They just barely prepped the bumper and then resprayed. The bodyman did an ok job . The painter did a much better job. I'm lucky that my bumper only had paint damage and nothing more. I will never ever ever take my car there again even for free. They can do a fantastic job if you pay them the ridiculous $$$$ they ask for. They even had the nerve to ask me for more out-of-pocket money "cash" to do a better job. I refused. All the other estimates I got from the other body shops were between $500-$700. The other shops probably would have done a better job. (I figured out the scam the dealer is running.)

To answer your question, I'd say pay $500. It should not cost more. I am far away from my circle of friends in the automotive field and so I was at the mercy of the local shop that "supposedly" has the best reputation.
