Bumper Lights

How in the world do I install the bumper lights (parking lights). I have the Chilton but no luck there. Im thinking taking the fog lights out and getting in there, but that sounds crazy to me. Is there an installation manual?

are you talking about the back up light?? or what??? cuz that should be easy.. just open your trunk and look at it...

naw hes talkin about the side markers....you have to take off the front end cause there are bolted on with 2 bolts....its a *****

No, Im talking about the corner lights that are located on a 95 240sx (on the corner of the bumper. (not the turning signal) but the parking light.

now.. try to explain wht ligts again cuz I am all confused what you are talking about... you have the headlights and then right next to them are the corner lamps. ... then right under the headlights you have your turn signals and then on the side of the bumber you have the sider marker light.. which one of those are you talking about?..click on my signature and tell me which one.. I have a 95 as well...

If you're talking about the clearance light, the one adjacent to the headlight, its very simple. Pop the hood, there is one screw holding the corner lamp to the headlight assembly, remove that and pull the light assembly straight out the front. It's held in by a clip on one side and a small ball joint on the other but you cant break those, so just pull really hard

Anyhow, thats all there is to it

he didn't mean that at all... did you read the thread? we already went over this..=) relax. I was just messing. put your claws away.

It took me like 5 minutes to change them 2... but I cheated, I had my bumper off so it was cake walk..

which clear ones did you get ? the nasty ones from procarparts.com or what ??Or did you get the tight ones like me and Ben did.

BUT

Still didnt asnwer my question! So the only way to change them is to take off the fron bumper? Or is there another way?

By the way I got mine from Procraparts.

and no... you don't have to take the bumper off.. like I said before... just take the wheel well lining off and just stick your hand behind the light... there you will find 2 nuts holding the light in place. just take them out... and replace with the new markers... and you are done.

I paid 39 bucks and I love them!They match my whole clear front with super white bulbs, looks awesome! Ill take alot more pics in spring when I put my rims back on, lower it and get my HKS Hiper installed.

personally.. I don't think they are THAT much better than mine (procarparts) but to each man his own. I like how mine look on my car.

oops sorry I didnt know you had them, sorry :SI was about to buy the ones you have, but then I found those for alot cheaper and I think they by far look better.But if you like yours thats all that matters.
