good lord, even accutane wouldn't help those guys....and thats some potent stuff. at first i thought they were dying from horrible diseases like ebola or something, its friggin acne. jesus i hope mine never gets that bad..

I've seen bad acne in person before, but never ANYTHING close to that bad. I can't imagine having it that bad.

mine was pretty bad at one time, stil is bad but was even worse, and i took accutane for 5 months, stuff works wonders, and it should for being a 6k treatment, but even it wouldn't help those guys, they need something else, like a face transplant

I did also... and yeah wonders don't begin to describe it. You gotta put up with dry skin and cracked lips though...

I've also gotten hardly any acne back since then. Thank God for Accutane!
