it's a piece of heavy rubber. does it really need to be "Better?"

the oem pieces are $50 each.

just get them from 4x4parts.com for $50 for both and call it a day.

or go to a junkyard and get it for $5.

thanks for the reply but by better i mean, if i put on the stock one they are going to fall apart again its like a foam rubber type material and up here they are $100 a pcs so if i could find something better and cheaper why not? better===> longer lasting ask your girl about that one see if she arees with me, hell see if she knows me lol don't take it seriously but thanks i was looking on onlyfactoryparts.com and couldn't find it

Whats the purpose of bump stop And would i need to replace/remove it when i put lowering springs that i buy from 4x4.

they just cushion the ride and potentially prevent damage to the suspension by not letting the axle slam into the frame. if you're lowering your truck, i'd use the bump stop, but maybe cut them in half so they're not as long.

there are lots of people with lowered trucks/SUVs with no bump stops whatsoever, so it can be done. just be prepared for a heavy THUNK when you bottom it out.

I'm already used to it.My exhaust always bottoms out everytime i go over pothole. I'll probaby cut it in half i guess.
