Bumber question!!

OK I got a 05 spec v but as everyone know they have the crappy front bumber..... I think I read somewhere that you have to change your hood and headlights to get the 03 style bumper to fit. Is this true? I dont like having the front bumber of body kits because it make is really low. But I do love the 03 style bumbers. Any info would be really helpful.

Yeah you would have to chance the fenders, hood, and front bumper to get the 03 front end to work because the front ends are completely different.
