Bullydog tuner or other fx45 opinions

Anybody use and have an opinion on the bullydog tuner, I am wondering how much better economy you get, also performance and any improve drive ability like shifting, or if there are any other that are recommended

I think UpRev is recommended and oft-used one in these forums. The M45 one has more discussion on it.
There was also mention of EcuTek in the M35/M45 forum, but I have not seen any report-backs on Bullydog.
