BullyDog GT tuner on Altima Coupe 2.5

Okay guys I finally got my Bully Dog GT tuner to work on my 2011 2.5 Altima coupe.. Now I'm not too familiar with the tuning of the Altima, So my questions are what are the most ideal settings to get the best performance out of both the ECONOMY tune and the PERFORMANCE tune. What I want to know is:
Timing settings for both ECONOMY and PERFORMANCE
Gas type for both
Should I take off the Rev and Speed Limiter
And any other advice you guys have for me while using this to tune my 2.5
