Bully Dog PowerPup Problems

Can anyone help me out with the BullyDog Powerpup? Its the Update Client having problems. When i install off the CD it wont update to the newer version online because it says that there is a problem with the "Web Client Rquest". Then i said eff it and downloaded the newest Agent online and when i run it is says it has problems finding folder with the saved file in it, i.e. "c:\ProgramFiles\Bully Dog Technologies\NissanGasPup\Saved". When I plug in pup it says it needs an update, so i update it and then unplug like it says and if i replug it in, it is still on the same version of the software and never updates. I need some help if anyone knows wtf is up... :confused:

Ok thanks Infiniti, ill give em a shot tomorrow during business hours. =)
