bully dog power pup settings please help me!!!

soi have the bully dog poweer pup and ive tuned my car with settings of the following

set: Regularsped limiter: 140rev limit: 6600

havent done temp settings or idle time settings i wanna kno what idle time and temp due and what other people have it set to for more gains in the means of power and torque.

please help me thnks

unfortunatly i cant help much here but i was just curious how come you arent running the premium tune with the bully dog?

i dont putin premium gas ...should i set it that ? will i get more power ?what i really need to know is what to set the temp and idle time to!

1. You don't need to adjust the temp... and how can you? Wha?2. Put your timing at + 2 degrees (this has to be done when the motor is at operating temperature... maybe this is the temperature you are talking about?

It sounds like you are in over your head. I would suggest reading up on it. Not being offensive or anything but I would not be changing this stuff if you do not understand "why" you are changing it or what the changes do.

Here's my setup for my 2.5L.

1. Rev Limit 6500, you can go higher but it our valve springs are weak so I wouldn't. I had it higher before and it was fine but there is no point really.

2. Run the Premium tune with 91 Octane (or higher) fuel.

3. Put the timing at +2.

Other then that you're done.

qr i havent gotten my tunner yet but when you say the the timing has to be ajusted when the car is at temp. do you mean that everytime i adjust the timing it has to be done with the car warmed up or do i set it once and the every time i start the car its at optimal settings
