I never got this on the dyno, again you can feel the difference but it's not worth the $400 for it. I'd go with exhaust and intake first then get this. It does have some nice features though.

Honestly, having the ability to take this wack a$$ 130mph governer off is worth it to me... but I want to wait until the big brother comes out

Hey there, i was curious if you were still enjoying that bully dog tuner. Any mpg gains out of it? Would you say its worth the money? Thanks

i would say its worth the money if your looking for performance, & if u frequently try to go over 115mph
it didnt do anything for my mpg but the bully dog gt tuner had a mpg monitoring system that helps, the power pup has no monitor strickly pick your tune settings & tune it

Sounds good, what about low end? Was there some decient gains there? Did you choose the preimum tune and the timing advance?
Thanks

I love my Bullydog Power Pup! I've had it for about 3 years now and no issues. Set on premium tune (+93 octane gas), +2 advanced timing and speed governor removed. I need to get it dynoed just been to busy to take it to my buddy shop. One of these days I will :)

Awesome, so how much will it allow you to advance the timing? If/when i get one (hopefully i can find one used somethere) its going on my 06 2.5. i wouldnt think there would be much difference , maybe a little tuning..

Tried to remove the speed governor on my 2011 coupe, it said it was removed but I tested it and it still topped out at 120.

I wouldnt suggest advancing the timing any higher than +2 imo. You must use 93 octane as well.

So if you had to guess what whould you say to horsepower gain might be? Is it more low end or top end? Im looking to get more low end for pulling hills.
