Has anybody purchased the H I D bulbs on ebay? If so how are they? I need to purchase some fog lights and a low beam headlight bulb. Does anyone has any ideas where I can purchase? I live in DC and would like to purchase tomorrow because no major retailer sell anything for a 99 Q45

http://www.candlepower.com they have a retail store in Rockville,Md and are an excellent source of hard to find automotive bulbs and keep most in stock.

If you buy off eBay, be certain you are getting genuine Sylvania D2R for the low beam.

I like the Silverstars for illumination lighting, or the Sylvania LL series for accessory lighting.
