Built Sr wont crank

My motor is all rebuilt, Everything is new..When I go to crank it over the solenoid ticks on the starter, starter is rebuilt. and good enough amps from my battery and still no go, thoughts?

is it the solenoid clicking or the relay?

Usually means that the starter isn't getting enough juice. Check your battery terminals to make sure that the cables are tightened up. Double check the grounding wire to make sure it's ground to the chassis and motor. And then make sure that the starter has it's cables bolted on properly. I just went through a similar annoyance where my starter was clicking but not turning over. It was my positive battery terminal clamp AND my ground cable giving me issues.

When I turn my key over my 255 walbro fuel pump does not turn on, but when I hardwire the fuel pump relay when I turn my key over the fuel pump turns on, this is the only way for me to get the fuel pump on. but before all this happened. i had no problems with my fuel pump turning on with the key ??

i hard wire the number three terminal on the relay switch. there for i get power from my key to the feul pump relay. witch turns on my fuel pump

How do I check to see if power is coming out of my ECU? Problem is Im not getting fuel or spark. my fuel pump, maf, coilpacks, injectors arnt getting power.

I have tried to do it myself, on one pin the fuel pump kicks on, on another the relay kicks on, I used a light tester.

Messed with the pins in the ecu, and everything started getting power, got it to start, we had to redo the timing, tried cranking it again, and nothing has power again!
