When I return to the states in December this year I'll be designing my own turbo kit for my S13 and S14. I already have sources for my turbines and manifolds and such. The expenses to me are tremendously cheaper then what the current kits are available for. I'm not advertising yet as I don't have anything setup nor do I have any kits installed and tuned to give specs for. But by January I should be up and running. Shoot me an email if you'd like more details.

If someone donates a 24E to the shop for a month or 2 I can do a SOC kit as well. I'm starting with 240's only, but will soon expand to nice things like twin turbo Camaro's and such. My Iroc should be a complete animal.

I might have a SOHC I can donate, actually. Would I get a kit for hella cheap or free or what? Also do you know where you'll be stationed?

Oh yeah.. what does IROC stand for? I've always wondered about that. :P

i do have a spare engine that i was going to rebuild, its currently in pieces right now. needs some work done to it but i would donate if you dont get a working one, it would be a good engine to build up with forged internals, and all the little goodies....

Yeah, as cool as a cheap KA24de turbo kit would be. a Kit for a SOHC would be even better. todate there is only one place to get a manifold, other then either making one or having one fabed. I was planing on putting together a custom trubo setup on my SOHC next year sometime. i already have a fully built KA24e engine, with pretty close to stock compression of 9 to 1. They only problem you would have is it dose have mild head work, so the HP numbers for stock engines would be off, and tuning would be difrent. also i am planing 325-350 hp with high boost and race gas, and about 275 daily drivin.

I'll always take engines in donation, but it would be easier to build a kit if it was still in the car. The manifold is the easy part, routing the plumbing and figuring out the fuel management is the hard part.

Oh, if you were to donate your car to assist me in building the turbine kits, you simply pay for the parts at my cost. Which will be alot cheaper then you'll be able to get them for. With all the fuel management sorted out and tuned.

N. Florida (i.e Eglin/Tyndall/Hurlburt) is quite weak in terms of import support. You'll be pressured to drive your domestic :) C. Florida is much stronger for the import scene, especially between Tampa (MacDill) through Orlando to Daytona and Cape Canaveral/Patrick.
