Ok I have searched for a long while now and i need to find a place that sells 90s, straight, and 45s in stainless pipe that is 1 1/2 in diameter. Also i need to find the inserts or whatever they are called that when you build a manifold they go through the flange so you can have a smooth air path. Someone told me that they make these. One of my buddy's is building me a custom manifold. Thanks to anyone that can be helpful.

I think typically the angle of the last bends before they go to the turbo flange and cut so it opens up to the size of the turbo flange inlet. This is what I am talking about http://www.dcr62.net/Car%20Pic...1.jpg . All the runners are turned into one and then you weld the turbo flange on.

yes i know that but i am talking about when the exhaust runners are welded into the exhaust flange. i need one end of the pipe to be 1 1/2 and the other to be 3 3/4 by 1 1/4 in an oval shape(I think) i dont have a tape measure to be exact, but do you understand what i am saying.

O ya mean to go from oval on the manifold flange to round on the runners...or just get large enough piping to just go around the oval then you wont need to buy transitions.

What are you talking about caddylt1. First off i never said that i did or was able to do the work. Second off there is a guy named chris phillips from local 43 pipe fitter from chattanooga that is doing my work and evryone said he is the man for the job(other pipr fitters) so that is who is doing my work. So anyone that will help me figure out my prosesses of what i have to do to make it easier will be great. Thanks Jake LeBlanc
