Building my Ka24de....to a deT

Im trying to build up my ka24.....Before I do anything i wanna know what and what not to do from ya'll who've already built some up.....

I wanna do the following

Port and Polish (of course)T25 turbosr20 Injectors (s14)new pulleysnew timing chain kitnew and better performance oil pumpnew fuel pumpnew piston ringsnew main bearingnew rod bearingsnew water pump

not gunna replace the pistons and rods (ive been told they'll handle ok with just a T25)

let me know PLEASE.....NEED HELP.....S.O.S......****en help in all other words summed up together

you might want the rest of a turbo kit.. maybe a turbo manifold, downpipe, innercooler and such.

Yeah if you are just going T25 setup no use doing all the other stuff.

How good of a running condition is the engine how many miles?

You might want to get all the turbo parts first.

You are on the right track with the,

T25 turbosr20 Injectors (s14)new fuel pump

Now you need a Manifold, a tuning method, IC and maybe even a wideband.

Do you have a budget for all of this?

I have the full t25 turbo kit to it...im upgrading the maf sensor and new injectors....car right now as we speak has 205,000 miles.....thats why im getting a new timing chain kit the works and new seals and everything to rebuild it... need some more feed back i appreciate ya'lls time and help
