It will handle 1 psi less than what it will blow at. Dude, theres no set 'max boost' for any engine. You have a pretty good bottom end going for you, how is your tuning ability? What turbo are you running? What size injectors? What tuning system? Do you have a wideband or do you take it to a dyno? At least give us more information about your setup, your question isnt answerable.

It'll hold more than your going to push most likely 700hp.... So it depends on how well it was put back together and your tuning.
