Tell me this is not GM's F50 lookalike! Then again, I guess from a distance of 300 ft, my G50 looks like a ... '86 Taurus!

Are you trying to show the new Lucerne? Its basically a bland mix of VW, Lexus, and... well mostly VW.

But Jesda, it's stirred by a Northstar! Of course an Avalon V6 will show the Lucerne its tail rather quickly.

Actually, no.

Automobile Magazine claims the Lucerne has better driving dynamics than the Avalon. The Lucerne is basically the retired Seville STS with a new body and interior. The Northstar also has a broader power band and better fuel economy, and runs on regular. The Avalon has the advantage of Toyota quality and a bit of a nicer interior. There's also the very dramatic difference in resale value, where Toyota of course has a huge advantage.

Its named after a Swiss town because Bob Lutz is Swiss. Its also a BRAND OF MILK.

Given the choice between an Avalon or a Lucerne, I'll take death.

I could go on for days about how ugly the Toyota is. But I'll leave it to one single comment:Look at the grille. Then explain to me how they could have thought that was attractive. If your mind doesn't implode from the very thought, you are to be commended.

On the other hand...Ripping off the ugliest tail lights to find their way on to a volkswagen since the beginning of the company's existence? Wow. Impressive.

I saw a truck full of them on the way to a dealer yesterday. They're better looking in person, but so terribly bland. I think its better looking than the Avalon, but thats hardly a compliment. I guess as a used car, thanks to Buick resale values, I wouldn't be opposed to one. I wouldn't favor one either.
