So with my turbo on my rb20 leaking oil past the front seal which would be a better budget upgrade? A rb25 turbo or a 300zxtt turbo i can get my hands on both for about 200 each, just would like some input on which is the easiest on a budget and which requires the least hassle.

You would consider putting on a single 300zxtt turbo on your car? That would be smaller than what you have now and I'm not even sure the flange is T3. If you could get your hands on a VG30det turbo out of a Gloria or something, that would be bigger, but those turbo's aren't well suited to RB's at all. Their exhaust housings are too big compared to the compressor and are thus pretty laggy for not much hp gain. They would make higher peak HP though (with tuning of course.)

Get the RB25 turbo.

RB25 turbo is a direct replacement. IIRC all coolant and oil lines are the same. Same 6-bolt outlet as well.
