If you want to use those injectors you should pick up an SAFC, otherwise you could keep your stock ones and use a rising rate fuel pressure regulator. This setup looks like it will only be efficient to maybe 210 at the wheels. Look at JGSturbo.com for an exhaust manifold, and your probably going to have to go to an exhaust shop to get your downpipe made.

hey, if you have the DOHC motor..goto ebay, look up the ka24de manifold..since your using the T25, they sale a SSautochrome manifold that bolts right up (there has been problems with the top mount manifold but nothing with bottom mount)...and the intercooler piping bolts up with little mods to throttle body side. thats my setup, im getting my fmic for SR now, ill have the change the cold pipe but thats about it.

I'll sell you my E-Manage Blue with Software for $150 + shipping. You will need to buy the harness.

It can be done but only if you can do the work yourself...

You will need a SAFC II $200 a Walbro Fuelpump $100, Good quality manifold $300... err dude you're going to go over $1200.. expect $1500 in parts if you're a good shopper Plus another $500 in misc stuff you forgot about or things that break once you're boosting... + Dyno time to get it running right

I'm planing about $2000 total for my finished project and my goal is to get over 200WHP

$1200 Only if you are buying hot items and the original owner is knocking at the door. I don't see how it can be had for less than 2k right now.By the time you get exhaust and clutch.Yes you cna have it for 1200 MAYBE.But you will have veyr weak parts that will constantly break. Do it right the first time. Get a header and exhaust. and maybe some cams.Shoudl brign in in jus tunder that amount.Depending on what you get you might be able to add some spray to your car.

You can do it for $1200, but you're gonna have to buy most things used.

Also, I think you should sell the injectors and go with a fpr. That way you won't have to buy the safc. Get a walbro fuel pump, and you should be alright for 200whp.

Get the ssautochrome manifold. Not only is it the cheapest one, but it also locates the sr turbo in a position so that you'll be able to use the sr intake and exhaust... as previously mentioned. Other than that, you'll need money for tuning, and most likely a clutch.

Heres Mine. Got most of the stuff from ebay. Only part I lucked up on was the guy that sold me the car gave me the turbo he was gonna use.

Turbo: FreeManifold (SSAC T3 Top Mount): $175Oil Take Off (TunerToys): $29.03Oil Drain Flange (eBay): $26.27Oil Feed Flange (eBay): $22Oil Lines (Jeff240SX): $125IC Piping & Couplers: $???IC (eBay): $195DP: $???Fuel Pump (eBay): $99FMU (eBay): $65MSD BTM (eBay): $159.35BOV (eBay): $90.40Boost Controller (eBay): $18.90WG Block Off/Heat Shield (ATPTurbo): $42.07Total: $1047.02

Everything includes shipping. Of course, that only leaves ya with $150 to do the IC piping AND the DP. Also, I only plan to go this route for 3-6 months. Then I'll be switching to 370's with an SAFC so I can run 8psi instead of only being able to run 6 with this setup. But this **SHOULD** get me into the 200whp range.Best of luck to ya.

You can get yourself a DIY kit if and only if you buy with patience.I setup my kit basically in 2 years!!, spent only a little more than that.Have a range of prices instead of a fixed one. LikeTurbo 120~150 good used one, be ready to rebuild it just in case.Manifold No more than 250 and have a solder or a friend who can solder ready, just in caseFuel pump no more than 100 shipped for this. Have several choices, Z32 or Walbro. i have heard that newer Supras work too but dont really know.Intercooler. Tru using a SR setup, that way, you will save on piping and a BOV. I will pay no more than 150 for a perfect core and pipes. If you have an intake, you can modify it to use it as a cold pipe.Exhaust Go to your muffler shop. I made mine, no name exhaust and spent no more than 200, including downpipeSR injectors (370) no more than 100 for a set, cheaper and safer than your stock ones. you can get some cash back by selling the stockers to Deathwordks (whatever!!) guy.SAFC used one for 150 or less, these things great for no more than 8 psi.ortuned ECU. Using a tuned ECU will setback your budget quite a bit. But it will pay for is plug and play. Get a used one. Shop safely. Pay no more than 300 for a chipped ECU or better yet, get a stock ECU and chipped yourself!!Clutch, you gan replace this later on the build, if needed. There is several options here. The cost is your limiting factor here.Oil pressure kit. Biuld yourself one or go to Ebay. Also, truck auto parts carry SS braided lines for cheap!!Drain, up to you, I plan to use a kit. Includes bung and drain hose. The IAT kit is good but expensive. You can use a drain kit for automatic transmission available everywhere. Way cheaper!!Couplings, use the one that the SR pipes uses or, use rubber couplings from the hardware store. At least you can check how much you need. These couples WILL NOT LAST!!! Also check the truck auto parts for these. way cheaper than those silicone overpriced ones. Get the clamps for them too!!Get you parts carefully, read, search, ask and learn.Depending on how much you want to DIY your kit the cheaper will be.

There is a list member that post the following "Cheap-Reliable-Fast, you can pick only 2"

you'll be T'ing off the oil pressure for the oil feedline to the turbo. which means oil will be actively shooting through the line. if its not hooked up into anything it will spray everywhere. i assumed you're talking about that line because you cant even hook up a return line without the turbo.
