Anything is sufficient for a daily driver. It depends purely upon what is sufficient for you.

Everything has knockoffs, so there are bound to be cheap sets available to you. But when you pay for knockoffs, you get knockoff quality. Sometimes its ok, but more frequently you get what you paid for... crap. It either doesn't quite fit, or requires modification of your car or the part to install. Little crappy things like that can just drive you insane. Since a set of bars are not horribly expensive to begin with, buy a quality set.

Well, if you have an S13, IIRC all of the local drift/autox S13s (including mine) run a HICAS rear sway bar and SE front bar. One guy runs a Whiteline front, but that is not really necessary. I got my HICAS bar for $50 shipped, and then I got Whiteline endlinks bushings and D bushings for $30. So for less than one aftermarket bar, I have all I need. Oversteer is fun:)

How do I tell if its an SE? i have no literature on it.

it has power windows, door locks, antenna, squishy wing, and the front lip. is that it?

whats IIRC?

so the HICAS rear sway bar's an improvement over the SE?
