Bubbling Water Sound

I recently crashed the front end of my 2003 G35, I got my car back 2 days ago from the shop, but now when i am driving I hear a noise that sounds like water is boiling and bubbling in back of my glove compartment and air bag, I can hear this when i am inside the car. Today i replaced the thermostate at the dealer and asked about the noice. They said it is normal in this model. Does any one have the same issue.

If it is water I would state that you may need to have the system completely vented. If it is air conditioning then............
