Brown fluid leak??? ANSWER ASAP

hey guys, ive been noticing for about a week now some brown fluid leaking out of the bottom of my pathfinder. It looks like it is coming from the oil drain plug on what i believe is the oil pan on the bottom, but i dont know because i dont do my own oil changes... If what i am thinking is right, that it is leaking from the oil drain bolt, is there a gasket or rubber ring that seals the bolt to the pan??? I just had some sort of gasket replaced about 20000 miles ago because it was leaking oil. idk what else this fluid could be. any suggestions please chime in thank you!

pictures would be better, but the oil drain plug has a copper washer.. If it`s not there, then it could be the issue...

Read this. I have the same issue. I'll lay down some cardboard today and see where the source is.
