So.... I'm going back to stock on the suspension part as some folks might know and will be looking into the light-weight route for my tire/wheel set-up. I've decided on 17" wheels and 225-235/55 for comfort and weight-saving.I now have the option of:

Kosei K1 TS in GOLD (17x8 +35 at 15.5 lbs)orXXR 003 in BRONZE (17x7 +40 at 15.85 lbs)

I'm leaning more towards the Kosei K1 TS in terms of performance because it's lighter AND wider with a better offset BUT I'm really worried that the gold will turn out to be not such a good idea on a blue car (unlike Loop's gold on black) and that the bronze, looks-wise, will provide more of a gunmetal feel. Not to mention the gold might draw some unwanted attention / slight ricey-ness.

Back to the stock suspension??? what is that about?

Well i picked the XXR, not only is the design better, but its less than the gold.

Wow those are light, which means they arent cheap. What are you wrapping them in?

Stock suspension for original ride quality. I can stand the road-hugging but passengers are not so forgiving, especially when they know nothing about cars. Looking to wrap them in something light as well. According to TireRack, I'll be going with 235 Continental ProContact (400 AA A @ 25 lbs) or 225 Yokohama S. Drive (300 AA A @25 lbs). I don't know, I'm still shopping a lot.
