Well, Thanks for all the help to all the members who e-mailed me, here is a update to hopefully help anyone who is thinking about doing the same thing I did, Im posting alot of pics toto show it can be done!. I was going gonna go for the bronze wheels but changed my mind last minute to the silver 350z Nismo wheels. the sizes are 18x8.5 + 25 Front 18x9.5 + 30 Rear.I ended up going with 225 40 18 Front and 245 40 18 Rear. No rubbing no mods to make them Fit properly, I am also Running stock brakes and stock Supension (not for long) as you can see from the pics the car would benifit from a lowering so Im going to lower the car a bit but for now thats how it sits. The wheel leave plenty of room for bigger rotors and calipers.I have taken it out for a spin and Handling feel good turning is 100% and no rubbing when going over bumps. So I think I covered any questions I had when I first thought this whole thing up. hope this will help anyone thinking about doing the same thing. Thx.!

The Bracket came with the Car (its an OEM Nissan Part) But ill get back to you on the part number cause I wrote it down someware. as for the frame, I got it from a buddy at the dealer, its New Old Stock from when the 240sx were still begin sold, They had a few of the frames still instock (not in inventory)in some dusty corner. it was a good score.

The Exhaust is an Apexi N1 Evolution, I am very happy with it as its got a good tone, not to loud not to silent, I chose it for that reason as I drive this car everyday so I needed something that wasnt over kill. I noticed a difference at lower Rpm's and at higher rpm's as well. nothing crazy but Perfect for what I use her for.

Now don't get me wrong, but I am having a hard time telling by the pics. It looks like if you were to lower your 240sx, the rear fender (mainly the lip that curls in) will rub the outside portion of the sidewall of the tire. Am I looking right at the pictures, or is everything ok? I am asking you this because come right after Christmas I am ordering this identical set from my dealership and it is always good to have last minute A-OKs. Also, do you think that by going with 230/40 R18s in the front and 250/40 R18s in the rear I would have rubbing problems judging by your install. Thanks for the pictures and write-up. Greatly appreciated.

The Rear look like if I lower it to much I would def. need a minor fender roll, which is what I was told ither way if I had the car already lowered, but at stock hight there is no problem. I was planning on rolling the rear anyways but atleast now i can wait till I get the coilovers in. as far as the tire sizes i dont think there is 230 or 050 in tire sizes. now if you meant 235 front there shouldn't be any problems and as far as 255 in the rear I do think you will have to roll, depending on ride hight.

unless you get camber arms for the rear, you will probably clear the fender or only need a slight roll, when you lower a car it gains camber as well as toe. what are your plans for suspension, that thing looks like a monster truck
