Broken windshield wiper lever :(

So i just bought a 95 240sx. Somehow i didnt notice the windshield wiper lever was broken off. found it under the seat...

looks like there is a wire on both sides. too short for me to put back together. not sure what happened there. Anyway to fix this? looks pretty bad on the inside. Ill have to wait til daylight to upload pictures.

any ideas? ive tried searching but brings up other stuff

Thanks for doing a quick search on ebay. That part looks too big on the other end to fit in a 95 240sx steering wheel. It looks melted on the inside where the steering wheel is. Maybe they tried to put the oem back in or something idk. I could be wrong tho. Ill post a picture of it as soon as i can.

Looks like a new one from Rock Auto is only $36 for 1995 S14. www.rockauto.com

And the big part is hidden by the steering column cover. I would guess melted means either a short or they tried to glue it back on after snapping it off.
